Unique is the BonFeu baking tray.
The BonFeu baking tray is the ideal replacement for the conventional BBQ grate.
The BonFeu baking tray is completely flat in texture and therefore very easy to clean with the special BonFeu spatula.
With the BonFeu baking tray there is no longer a long waiting time to start with BBQs, as is the case with conventional
BBQs.
The BonFeu fireplace is easy to light with some firewood and then, using the right firewood, enjoy the warmth.
The BonFeu baking tray is very accessible in use. Remove the removable lid of the fireplace and place the baking tray on
the opening of the fireplace. Of course, be careful if the fire is already burning!
The BonFeu baking tray is quickly at the right working temperature and baking can then start immediately.
The meat will quickly grow dense and lose almost no moisture, so that the meat remains tender.
The BonFeu baking trays are of course also excellent for preparing various vegetables!
TIP: after baking the meat, wrap it in aluminium foil and let it settle down for a few minutes. This signifi-
cantly increases the tenderness of the meat!
Baking with the BonFeu griddle has many advantages over conventional barbecuing:
Food preparation can begin almost immediately because the baking tray is at working temperature quickly.
Baking sheet remains, by occasional replenishment of wood, simple and long at work temperature
Meat remains very tender due to the rapid scrubbing on the plate.
As a result, meat can hardly burn and dry out.
Gradual gathering of the food to be prepared, no risk of direct combustion.
Meat products, such as bacon bites, with a high fat content will not burn.
Meat products with a high fat content cannot catch fire.
Remove excess fat/fats easily with BonFeu spatula by sliding it to the middle hole of the baking tray.
