I have checked the above BMW product very carefully. It has been supplied to me complete and with no

obvious signs of damage. I have also received the owner’s manual for the product, which contains care and

servicing instructions. I have also been provided with initial training for the product, some of which was in oral

form. I am aware that the warranty obligations of the seller and manufacturer only cover product faults. The

warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear resulting from the use of the product. The terms

of the warranty are contained in the owner’s manual.
