Interface-Modul entfernen
Schalten Sie Ihren Bremen MP74 aus. Entriegeln Sie den Kompakt-
stecker der Kammer A und ziehen Sie diesen heraus.
Entfernen Sie das Interface-Modul aus Kammer C3. Dazu drücken
Sie die Rastnase des Steckers nach innen und ziehen Sie gleich-
zeitig am Steckergehäuse.
Falls Sie eine Zusatzkomponente (CD-Changer) in der Kammer C3
angeschlossen hatten, so schließen Sie diese wieder an.
Danach stecken Sie den Kompaktstecker der Kammer A (Stromver-
sorgung) in den Anschlusskasten, bis er hörbar einrastet.
Anschließend schieben Sie Ihr Gerät wieder in den Einbauschacht.
Nach dem Einschalten können Sie den, nach Ihren Wünschen
optimierten Sound Ihres Bremen MP74 genießen!
C. Grafischer Equalizer
Mit einem Mausklick auf "User EQ1", "User EQ2" oder
"User EQ3" können Sie die gewünschten Equalizerkurven
auswählen.
Gespeicherte Einstellungen Ihres Bremens MP 74 können Sie
durch Mausklick auf "Read" aufrufen und anzeigen lassen.
Durch Klicken auf < > oder Verschieben der 27 Schieberegler
können Sie die Frequenzgänge manuell verändern. Für jede
Frequenz kann der Pegel zwischen +/- 10 dB verändert werden.
Die veränderten Werte können erst nach dem Abspeichern
gehört werden. Dies erfolgt mit einem Mausklick auf
"Write".
Die eingestellten Pegel können Sie als User Gain in dB unter
der jeweiligen Frequenz direkt ablesen.
D. Acoustical Measurement
Möchten Sie in Ihrem Fahrzeug Messungen vornehmen, so
können Sie dies unter "Acoustical measurement" vorbereiten
und starten.
Durch einen Mausklick auf "No.1" oder "No.2" wählen Sie zwi-
schen zwei Messungen aus. Haben Sie bereits Messungen in
Dateien gespeichert, so können Sie diese mit einem Klick auf
"Load" aus Ihrer Datei laden.
Eine neue Messung starten Sie, in dem Sie mit der Maus auf
"Start New" klicken.
Mit "EQ on" oder "EQ off" können Sie die Messungen mit und
ohne Equalizing ansehen und mit Klick auf "Front" oder "Rear"
wählen Sie die vorderen oder hinteren Lautsprecher aus.
In der Darstellung stellen die schwarzen Kurven den elektri-
schen Frequenzgang, die blauen die Akustik ohne Entzerrung
und die roten die Akustik mit Entzerrung dar.
Eine durchgeführte Messung wird mit Klick auf "Save" als "x.txt"
Datei gespeichert.
Beenden der Equalizer Software
Nachdem Sie alle Einstellungen und Messungen vorgenommen
haben, beenden Sie die Verbindung zwischen dem Bremen MP74
und dem Notebook. Dies erfolgt durch Mausklick auf "Disconnect".
Das Schließen des Programmes erfolgt mit Klick auf "X".
C. Graphic equalizer
You can select the equalizer curves that you want by clicking
with the mouse on „User EQ1“, „User EQ2“ or „User EQ3“.
You can read out and display the stored settings of your
Bremen MP 74 by clicking with the mouse on „Read“.
You can manually change the frequency responses by clicking
on < > or sliding the 27 slider controls. The gain can be
adjusted between +/-10 dB for each frequency.
The changed values can only be heard after they have been
saved. This is carried out by clicking with the mouse on
„Write“.
You can directly read off the set level by looking at the „User
Gain in dB“ beneath the particular frequency.
D. Acoustical Measurement
If you want to carry out measurements in your vehicle, you can
carry out the necessary preparations and start measuring in the
„Acoustical Measurement“ section.
You can choose between two measurements by clicking with
the mouse on „No.1“ or „No.2“. If you have already saved
measurements in files, you can load them from a file by clicking
on „Load“.
You can start a new measuring session by clicking with the
mouse on „Start New“.
You can view the measurements with and without equalizing by
setting „EQ on“ or „EQ off“. Clicking on „Front“ or „Rear“ allows
you to select the front or rear loudspeakers. In the graph, the
black curves represent the electrical frequency response, the
blue curves represent the acoustics without equalization and
the red curves represent the acoustics with equalization. You
can save the measurements that have been carried out by
clicking on „Save“ and saving them as an „x.txt“ file.
Quitting the equalizer software
After you have configured all the settings and made your
measurements, you can terminate the connection between the
Bremen MP74 and the notebook. This is carried out by clicking with
the mouse on „Disconnect“. The program can be closed by clicking
on „X“.
Detaching the interface module
Switch off your Bremen MP74. Unclip the compact plug in chamber
A and unplug it. Detach the interface module from chamber C3. To
do so, press in the plug’s clip and at the same time pull on the plug
housing.
If you had an additional component (CD changer) connected to
chamber C3, reconnect it now. Afterwards, plug the compact plug of
chamber A (power supply) into the connector box so that you hear it
click into place. Then push your device back into the installation
compartment.
After you switch on the Bremen MP74, you can enjoy the
sound that you have now optimised to suit your preferences.
