Gestoofde appeltjes met kaneel
Lekkere gestoofde appeltjes.
Ingrediënten
6 goudreinetten
100 gram amandelspijs, verkruimeld
2 eetlepels roomboter, zacht
6 kaneelstokjes
Bereiding
Boor de appels uit met een appelboor en snijd aan de bovenkant de ope-
ning wigvormig nog wat wijder. Trek met een ‘zesteur’ of scherp mesje
rondom de buik van de appels een cirkel. Meng amandelspijs en room-
boter en vul de holtes van de appels hiermee. Steek in elke appel een
kaneelstokje. Leg in het mandje van de snelkookpan een stukje bakpapier
en zet de appels hierop. Schenk ca. 300 ml water in de snelkookpan en
zet het rooster erin. Zet het mandje op het rooster. Sluit de pan en breng
de pan onder drukstand 1. Kook de appels in 10 minuten gaar. Breng de
pan volgens de instructies van de druk af en open de pan. Neem de het
mandje uit de pan en serveer de appels warm.
Tip
Lekker met slagroom of vanillesaus.
