3. Nie dokonywać pomiaru częstości akcji serca pod wodą.

4. Od czasu do czasu czyścić tylną ściankę wilgotną ściereczką.

5. W czasie pomiaru tętna nie należy używać kremów do skóry.

6. W celu zapewnienia lepszego przewodzenia sygnału umyć skórę i palec mydłem.

7. Przy bardzo suchej i grubej skórze mogą wystąpić zakłócenia w przewodzeniu.

8. Należy wówczas zwilżyć opuszki palców lub zastosować pastę przewodzącą.

9. Przy pomiarze unikać obracania i wyginania nadgarstka.

9. Funkcja alarmu częstości akcji serca

Można ustawić treningowy zakres częstości akcji serca z ustaloną górną i dolną granicą. W takiej sytuacji

sygnał dźwiękowy podczas pomiaru tętna będzie wskazywał na przekroczenie ustawionego zakresu.

Wówczas można odpowiednio zwiększyć lub zmniejszyć tempo ćwiczenia. Może to pomóc w skutecz-

niejszym osiągnięciu zamierzonego celu treningu.

9.1 Ustawianie treningowych wartości granicznych

Istnieją dwie możliwości:

1. Należy wprowadzić swoje płeć i wiek, co spowoduje automatyczne obliczenie dolnej i górnej granicy

dla ogólnorozwojowego zakresu wysiłku w przedziale od 65 % do 85 % maksymalnej częstości akcji

serca. Prezentacja graﬁczna w słupkach zostaje włączona wówczas, gdy ustawione z góry wartości

częstości akcji serca nie zostaną zmienione.

2. Należy określić górną i dolną wartość częstość akcji serca zgodnie z informacjami w rozdziale „Warto
