1. Zum Kennenlernen
Die Luft in Räumen setzt sich aus einem Gasgemisch zusammen und enthält immer eine bestimmte Menge
an Wasser (in Form von Dampf), welches den Feuchtigkeitsgrad innerhalb eines Raumes bestimmt. Je höher
die Raumtemperatur ist, desto mehr Feuchtigkeit kann die Luft im Raum aufnehmen. Wenn nun die Raum-
temperatur sinkt, gibt die Luft Feuchtigkeit an den Raum ab. Es bildet sich Kondenswasser und dieses kann
sich dann z.B. an Wänden oder Fenstern absetzen und zu unerwünschten Schäden wie Schimmel, Fäulnis,
Korrosion oder anderen Feuchtigkeitsschäden führen.
Um diesen Schäden vorzubeugen, entzieht der Luftentfeuchter der Raumluft die Feuchtigkeit, so dass sich
kein Kondenswasser an Wänden oder Fenstern bilden kann.
