αλαρώστε εσείς και τα πδια σας ρησιµπιώντας αυτ τ λυτρ, πυ έει σαν συνεπεία
τις ακλυθες ανακυφιστικές επιδράσεις:
• Διέγερση της κυκλφρίας τυ αίµατς
• Ενίσυση της αναγέννησης των κυττάρων
• Αναωγνηση και τνωση των πδιών
• αλάρωση των τεντωµένων µυών
 εστά πδλυτρα µε αρνική, δενδρλίαν ή εκύλισµα θαλασσινύ αλα-
τιύ τνώνυν την κυκλφρία τυ αίµατς. λιαρά πδλυτρα µε λεάντα ή θυµάρι αλα-
ρώνυν και κάνυν καλ στα κυρασµένα πδια.

Γεµίστε πρώτα τ πδλυτρ µε µασά αναρασµύ κατά πρτίµηση µε εστ ή κρύ νερ,
τ πλύ µέρι τ σηµάδι πστητας πλήρωσης (περ. σε ύψς 3 - 4 cm). Πρσέτε να έει ρυθ-
µιστεί περιστρεφµενς διακπτης στ «0», ταν συνδέσετε τη συσκευή στ δίκτυ.
Καθήστε άνετα και τπθετήστε τα πδια σας µε ελαφριά πίεση επάνω στην εσωτερική σλα
πυ ενισύει τ µασά. Μη σταθείτε µως πτέ ρθιι/ρθιες µέσα στ πδλυτρ. Τυν
λίσθηση της συσκευής εµπδίεται άρη στα λαστιιένια πδια απ την κάτω µεριά της συ-
σκευής.
Ρυθµίστε τώρα την επιθυµητή λειτυργία στν περιστρεφµεν διακπτη:
• Off (0)
• Θερµτητα και παλµικ µασά ( W + M)
• Θερµτητα (W)
• Θερµτητα µε µασα µε αναρασµ και παλµικ µασά ( A + W + M)
Κάτω απ την επίθεση των πδιών είναι τπθετηµέν τ θερµαντικ στιεί. Τ εστ νερ
µπρεί να διατηρηθεί για κάµπσ ρν εστ άρη στ πρσθετα ενεργπιηµέν θερµα-
ντικ στιεί. Τ θερµαντικ στιεί δεν είναι κατάλληλ για τη θέρµανση κρύυ νερύ.
Για να έετε ιδανικά απτελέσµατα, συνιστάται µασά διαρκείας µέρι και 30 λεπτών.
Μετά τ µασά γυρίετε τν διακπτη ανά στ «0» και τραάτε ττε τ φις απ την πρία. Η
διάταη έκυσης σας διευκλύνει στ άδειασµα τυ νερύ

Μετά τη ρήση επλύντε τη συσκευή µε νερ της ρύσης.
Μπρείτε να πλύνετε τ πδλυτρ µε µασά αναρασµύ µε ήπι µέσ καθαρισµύ ικια-
κής ρήσης (πυ δεν αφρίει), πως π.. υδέτερ ίδι.
Για να στεγνώσετε τυς αγωγύς αέρα, ρυθµίστε µετά τν καθαρισµ στη αθµίδα
αναρασµύ ωρίς νερ για 1 λεπτ περίπυ.

Πρσθετη άνεση σας πρσφέρει τ µασά των ωνών τυ Head στ πέλµα τυ πδιύ. Απ
τ µασά ρισµένυ σηµείυ στ πέλµα τυ πδιύ µπρύν να επηρεαστύν τα αντίστια
ργανα τυ σώµατς.



