Warum einen Aktivitätssensor tragen?
Bewegung ist Voraussetzung für ein gesundes Leben. Körperliche Aktivität hält Sie
fit und senkt das Risiko für Herz- und Kreislauferkrankungen. Wenn Sie sich be-
wegen, hilft Ihnen das bei einer Gewichtsreduzierung. Körperliche Aktivität bezieht
sich auf alle energieverbrauchenden Bewegungen. Dabei kommt den täglichen
Aktivitäten wie Gehen, Radfahren, Treppensteigen und Hausarbeit ein wesentli-
cher Anteil zu. Er kann Sie auf diese Weise auch zu verstärkter Bewegung im Alltag
motivieren. Zusätzlich verfügt der Aktivitätssensor über einen Sensor zur Messung
der Herzfrequenz. Auf diese Weise können Sie Ihre Herzfrequenz in Echtzeit am
Handgelenk messen. Mit Hilfe der kostenlosen „HealthManager“-App werden Ihre
Bewegungsaktivitäten bequem vom Aktivtätssensor auf Ihr Smartphone übertra-
gen. So können Sie ihre Aufzeichnungen einfach und übersichtlich jederzeit auf
Ihrem Smartphone betrachten. Sie können die Herzfrequenz-Aufzeichungen auch
als Live Tracking (nur per App möglich) über beispielsweise die Runtastic App oder
ähnliche Sports-Apps betrachten.
Darüber hinaus können Sie sich über eingegangene Nachrichten (SMS, Whats-
App, Facebook Messenger), oder Anrufe benachrichtigen lassen, und dies alles
bequem am Handgelenk. So haben Sie alles schnell im Blick und sind immer auf
dem Laufenden.
