• 1 cucharada Comino
• 2 cucharadas Salsa de ostras
• 100 ml Aceite (p. ej. aceite de sésamo, de
cacahuete o de girasol)
• 1 cucharadita Pasta de curry verde
• ½ Limón, exprimido
• Sal y Azúcar
Preparación:
El pescado puede ser fresco o congelado, este
último ha de dejarse descongelar antes de preparar
la receta. Aderezar los filetes de pescado con sal y
una pizca de azúcar. Poner en un frasco de cristal
con tapa (mejor si es de rosca) o un recipiente
semejante a una coctelera el aceite, la salsa de
ostras, el comino, el zumo de limón y la pasta de
curry, todo mezclado. Cerrar el frasco y agitar
la mezcla para emulsionarla y preparar el aliño.
Cuanto más tiempo y más fuerte se agite, más
ligada quedará y mejor será el aliño. Aliñar los
filetes de pescado con la mezcla y dejarlos reposar
en el frigorífico por espacio de al menos 2 horas.
Pasado ese tiempo, disponer los filetes sobre el grill
ya precalentado y dejar que se hagan unos 3 o 4
minutos por cada lado.
