LET OP: Bij onjuiste plaatsing schakelt het bedieningspaneel met verwarmingselement niet in (zie
afbeelding 2). De schakelaar kan dan geen verbinding met de basis maken.
10. Plaats het grillrooster (4).
11. Plaats het windscherm (9) door de nokjes in de uitsparingen te plaatsen.
Als u de barbecue als tafelmodel wilt gebruiken, laat u de montage van het onderstel en het windscherm
achterwege.
Plaats het bedieningspaneel met verwarmingselement (3) door de kleine afstandhouder (hierboven
gemarkeerd als A) vlak buiten de uitsparing (hierboven gemarkeerd als B) te plaatsen.
WERKING - Voor het eerste gebruik
Reinig het apparaat en de toebehoren grondig. Bij de eerste ingebruikname kan het apparaat een “nieuwe”
geur afgeven, tevens kan zich een lichte rookontwikkeling voordoen. Wij raden daarom aan om het apparaat
gedurende 5 minuten in te schakelen zonder er etenswaren op te leggen. Zorg wel voor voldoende ventilatie
gedurende deze periode i.v.m. de sterke geur.
WERKING - Rookloos gebruik van uw barbecue
Deze barbecue is ontworpen voor gebruik met water zodat u rookloos en smakelijk kunt grillen.
1. Verwijder het verwarmingselement en de vetopvangschaal.
2. Vul de basis met water tot de ‘MAX’-indicatie. Het water in de basis zal tijdens gebruik verdampen. Het
is daarom noodzakelijk om het water af en toe bij te vullen. Laat het waterniveau niet onder de ‘MIN’-
indicate komen.
Giet geen water over het verwarmingselement.
3. Plaats de vetopvangschaal op het water.
4. Plaats het verwarmingselement weer in het apparaat.
5. Leg de etenswaren om te grillen direkt op het grillrooster, gebruik dus geen borden of aluminium folie.
6. Schakel het apparaat in met behulp van de aan/uit-schakelaar .
7. De grilltijd is afhankelijk van het soort etenswaar en uw persoonlijke voorkeur.
8. Zodra u klaar bent met grillen schakelt u het apparaat uit en haalt u de stekker uit het stopcontact.
