6. Quite los restos de aceite con papel de cocina absorbente.

Limpie el interior de la cubeta, los tenedores y el cestillo a fondo con agua caliente, detergente líquido y
una esponja no abrasiva. A continuación, séquelos bien.

Atención: Sólo utilice aceite o grasas líquidas especialmente adecuadas para freír
Sustituya el aceite o la grasa cuando:
• se oscurezca su color;
• se ponga de consistencia gruesa;
• se produzcan pequeñas burbujas que desaparecen lentamente; la grasa nueva y limpia produce
burbujas grandes que desaparecen rápidamente;
• los alimentos fritos tengan sabor u olor rancio o extraño;
• se produzca más humo de lo normal.

Los filtros extraíbles tienen por objeto evitar la proliferación del
olor durante el uso del aparato. Con el paso del tiempo esta
propiedad disminuye. Por tal motivo sustitúyalos frecuentemente.
