SEPIA A LA PLANCHA
Ingredientes:
Sepia (1 por persona, tamaño mediano / pequeño)
Sal
Aceite
Limón
Perejil
Limpiar la sepia y ponerlas en un plato. Precalentar la parrilla de contacto. Un poco
de sal en la parte interna de la jibia. Coloque el pescado en la parrilla y hacer que se
cuece durante aproximadamente 1 minuto por cada lado. Poner la sepia en el plato.
Vierta el aceite, la sal, el perejil y el limón en un bol y mezclar todo. Vierta la salsa
sobre la sepia y lo dejó permanecer durante al menos 15 minutos.
CHULETAS DE CERDO CON OREGANO
Ingrediente (para 4 personas):
Tomates maduros 8 limpios
30 gr de mantequilla
3 cucharas de aceite
2 cucharadas de orégano
4 chuletas de cerdo
Sal
Pimienta
Azúcar
Sumergir los tomates en agua caliente, escurrir y pelarlas, cortarlas en rodajas de
2 piezas y quitar las semillas. Ponga la mantequilla y 1 cucharada de aceite en una
sartén. Agregue los tomates, un poco de azúcar y la mitad del orégano.
Mezclar todo bien y cocine a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.
Precalentar la parrilla de contacto. Hilvanar las chuletas de cerdo con aceite y po-
nerlas en el plato. Cocine durante 6-7 minutos de cada lado. Antes de retirar, añadir
sal, pimienta y orégano.
Servir las chuletas de cerdo con la salsa preparada anteriormente.
