Aparato para hacer cucuruchos de helado Manual de instrucciones

Conos de helado
Ingredientes:
250 g de azúcar
125 g de mantequilla
2 huevos
250 ml de agua caliente
250 g de harina
1 pizca de sal
1 cucharada de ron (o limón o vainilla o anís sabor al gusto)
Preparación:
Derretir la mantequilla y batir con el azúcar, los huevos y el agua.
Añadir la harina, el ron, una pizca de sal. Revuelva hasta que la mezcla sea líquida: debe uir
sólo de la supercie de cocción. Si es demasiado espesa añadir un poco de agua.
Mientras tanto, encender la unidad.
Cuando se alcanza la temperatura de verter la mezcla.
Cocine durante aproximadamente 3 minutos.
Retire la vaina, colóquelo en una supercie plana, con cuidado de no quemarse, alrededor
de un cono.
Para dar forma al cucurucho, barquillo o canastita necesitamos manejar la masa caliente y
con cierta velocidad porque se endurece rápido.
Para que tengan forma de cono o cucurucho, se puede utilizar un cono de hilandería.
Para hacer cubanitos o cilindros, es más sencillo, solo se enrolla sobre misma. Y para
hacer canastillas, se puede utilizar un vaso para darle la forma del centro y luego ondear los
lados hacia afuera. También se pueden hacer pañuelos para decorar los postres.
Un dato más, si hacemos la masa bien nita podremos cortarla en rectángulos y hacer obleas.
Dejar hasta que se enfríe (aproximadamente 2 minutos, mientras se cocina la próxima cono).
