Batidora Amasadora Manual de instrucciones
Tarta tipo Kinder
Ingredientes:
250 g mantequilla blanda
250 g azúcar velado
150 g harina
150 g almidón o fécula de maíz
4 yemas de huevo
2 huevos enteros
La piel rayada de un limón
1 sobre de vainilla
1 sobre de levadura para dulces
Para rellenar:
½ litro de nata fresca
60/70 g miel
Preparación:
Trabajar la mantequilla con la batidora, añadir el azúcar y continuar montándola hasta
que sea blanda, añadir a cucharadas los huevos enteros, antes batirlos con el tenedor y
continuar batiendo.
Añadir las yemas una por una y el limón rayado.
Mezclar la harina, la fécula, la vainilla y la levadura añadiendo a la mezcla un poco cada
vez, mexclando bien todo con una cuchara de madera de abajo a arriba.
Echar la masa en una cazuela bañada en mantequilla y harina y meter en el horno a 180°C
durante unos 20/30 minutos.
Para rellenar: montar la nata con miel
Una vez que la tarta está fría, cortarla, rellenarla con la nata, recubrirla con la otra mitad
presionándola de tal modo que se pegue bien la nata. Colocarla en el frigoríco durante
al menos un par de horas y asemejar los lados con un cuchillo bien alado y añadir abun-
dante azúcar en polvo.
