Schaffen von Speicherplatz auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon
•
Verschieben Sie Dateien und E-Mail-Anlagen auf Ihre microSD-Karte.
•
Löschen Sie alle temporären Dateien und den Verlauf in Ihrem Browser.
•
Deinstallieren Sie heruntergeladene Programme, die Sie nicht mehr verwenden.
•
Setzen Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon in die Grundstellung zurück.
Zurücksetzen Ihres Mobiltelefons
Speichern Ihrer individuellen Einstellungen
Sie können Ihre persönlichen Einstellungen mithilfe Ihres Google-Kontos auf den Google-
Servern speichern. Falls Sie Ihr altes Telefon gegen ein neues eintauschen, werden die
gesicherten Informationen beim ersten Einschalten auf dem neuen Telefon gespeichert, sobald
Sie sich in Ihrem Google-Konto einloggen.

Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen
Wenn Sie Ihr Telefon auf die Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen, werden alle auf dem internen
Telefonspeicher enthaltenen persönlichen Daten gelöscht, einschließlich der Informationen zu
Ihrem Google-Konto sowie aller anderen Konten, Ihrer System- und Anwendungseinstellungen
und aller heruntergeladenen Anwendungen. Durch die Rückstellung werden jedoch keine
System-Softwareaktualisierungen, die Sie heruntergeladen haben, und keine Dateien auf Ihrer
microSD-Karte (z. B. Musik oder Fotos) gelöscht.
