Bij gevaar dient de netadapter om de 230V netvoeding te onderbreken.
Deze adapter moet daarom uit voorzorg dicht bij het telefoontoestel en
gemakkelijk bereikbaar worden geïnstalleerd. Trek de netadapter uit het
230V AC / 50Hz stopcontact om de primaire elektrische voeding te
onderbreken.
Indien de netadapter defect raakt, moet deze door identiek model worden
vervangen.
Als de hoofdstop is doorgeslagen of als de stroom is uitgevallen op het
elektriciteitsnet, werken de draadloze handsets niet meer.
U kunt dan geen dringende telefoongesprekken meer ontvangen of voeren.
Daarom wordt het aanbevolen om aanvullend ook een gewoon
telefoontoestel te gebruiken waarvoor geen stroomvoeding nodig is.
Bij onweer is het raadzaam om dit toestel niet te gebruiken.
Probeer niet om accu's of batterijen open te maken want deze bevatten
chemische stoffen. Voorkom aanraking met huid of slijmvliezen (ogen,
mond, neus) indien deze vochtig zijn geworden of lekken. Behandel
eventueel aangetaste plekken gedurende ongeveer twintig minuten met
stromend water en raadpleeg zo snel mogelijk een arts. Maak de telefoon
schoon met keukenpapier of een droge doek en contacteer uw leverancier
om de batterijen te vervangen.
De Twist 401 voldoet aan de essentiële eisen en de andere relevante
bepalingen van Richtlijn 1999/5/EG.

Gebruik het telefoontoestel niet in de nabijheid van een gaslek
om dat gaslek te melden aan de hulpdienst van het gasbedrijf.
