1.6 Het toestel in dienst nemen

Om het toestel in dienst te nemen nadat u de installatie hebt uitgevoerd overeenkomstig de instructies in

bovenstaande paragrafen, controleert u of de telefoonlijn in het toestel aankomt: neem de hoorn van de

haak, controleer of er een kiestoon is en haak weer in. Deze handelingen bevestigen de juiste installatie van

het toestel: u kunt nu verder gaan met de handelingen beschreven in de volgende paragrafen.

1.7 Batterijen vervangen

Wanneer de batterijen leeg zijn of wanneer er geen batterijen zijn geplaatst en de netstroomadaptor niet

wordt gebruikt, blijft het toestel alle basisfuncties uitvoeren. De batterijen moeten worden vervangen wan-

neer op het scherm een icoontje verschijnt bij het opnemen van de hoorn.

Raadpleeg afb. 2 en ga als volgt tewerk om de batterijen te vervangen:

1) Maak het netsnoer los door de stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken. Om de connector te verwijderen

drukt u de veiligheidspal in de richting van het snoer in. Trek deze zachtjes los.

2) Verwijder het batterijdeksel

3) Vervang de batterijen rekening houdend met de polariteit

4) Sluit het deksel opnieuw

5) Sluit het netsnoer weer aan door de stekker helemaal in het stopcontact te duwen.

N.B.

Om veiligheidsredenen dient u de richtlijnen in de paragraaf "belangrijke richtlijnen" strikt na te

volgen. De lege batterijen zijn niet herlaadbaar en moeten worden weggegooid in daartoe bestemde

containers overeenkomstig de geldende milieuwetgeving.

OPGEPAST: HET TOESTEL NIET TERUG AANSLUITEN OP HET TELEFOONNET ZOLANG U HET

DEKSEL VAN HET BATTERIJCOMPARTIMENT NIET TERUG HEBT GESLOTEN.
