Optie 2 (Omroepinstallatie):
Als u kiest voor “Omroepinstallatie”, dan maakt u een omroep naar de op de
Forum 300 aangesloten omroepinstallatie.
Optie 3 (Systeemtoestellen):
Als u kiest voor “Systeemtoestellen”, dan krijgt u een extra keuze: alle
toestellen of één enkel toestel.

U moet altijd omroepen via de hoorn van uw toestel. Als u het toestel op
handsfree heeft staan, dan verschijnt het onderstaande display.

Opmerking!
Bij het gebruik van een headset hoeft de hoorn niet te worden opgenomen.
Omgeroepen worden
Als u omgeroepen wordt, heeft u twee opties:
1. U kunt een omroep beantwoorden
2. U kunt een omroep afwijzen
Beantwoorden:
Als u het gesprek beantwoord, wordt een normaal gesprek opgezet. Alle andere
toestellen die eventueel werden omgeroepen komen weer in de ruststand.
Toestellen die in gesprek zijn tijdens een omroep horen deze omroep niet!

Laat de hoorn op het toestel liggen en druk op “Antwoord”
U heeft nu een handsfree verbinding.
Neem indien gewenst de hoorn op.
Tip! Als u de hoorn oppakt tijdens een omroep, wijst u de omroep af en kunt u een
nieuw gesprek starten.
Een omroep weigeren:
Wanneer u wordt omgeroepen, en dit gesprek niet wilt beantwoorden, kunt u deze
oproep ook weigeren. Uw toestel gaat terug naar de ruststand.
