Als u meerdere gesprekken in wacht heeft en één actief gesprek, en u bladert met
de toetsen ↑↑ ↓↓ , dan ziet u een overzicht van alle gesprekken die u in wacht heeft
staan.

Doorverbinden niet mogelijk
Er zijn een aantal mogelijke redenen waarom het doorverbinden van een gesprek
mislukt.
Mogelijke oorzaken bij het mislukken van doorverbinden zijn:
1. U probeert extern door te verbinden terwijl de beheerder deze faciliteit heeft
uitgeschakeld.
2. U probeert door te verbinden naar een gebruiker die niet bestaat.
Als het doorverbinden mislukt, dan komt het gesprek altijd terug op uw eigen
toestel.
Doorverbinden naar de voicemail van een toestel
Als u een gesprek wilt doorverbinden naar een toestel dat geen antwoord geeft,
kunt u dit gesprek ook doorverbinden naar de voicemail van het betreffende
toestel.
Voorbeeld doorverbinden naar voicemail
U heeft een extern gesprek (0701234567) en probeert dit door te verbinden met
toestel 12.
Toestel 12 geeft geen antwoord.
