Ga een laatste keer na of u alle stappen van
deze installatiegids goed hebt gevolgd.
Indien het nog steeds niet werkt en u denkt hulp nodig te hebben, kunt u
natuurlijk steeds een afspraak maken met een technicus, die graag tot bij u
thuis komt. Om een afspraak te maken, belt u het gratis nummer 0800 22 700.
Bereikbaar tijdens de week tussen 7.00 u en 22.00 u en tijdens het weekend
tussen 8.00 u en 22.00 u. Op feestdagen is de klantendienst niet bereikbaar.
U belt ons best vanaf de plaats waar het probleem zich voordoet. Zo kunnen we
samen zoeken naar de oplossing. Als u ons dan ook nog eens belt via uw gsm,
kunnen we uw vaste lijn onmiddellijk testen. U hoeft ons dan niet meer terug
te bellen.
Hou uw laatste factuur bij u, zodat u uw lijnnummer(s) bij de hand hebt
(rubriek “abonnementen”).
Nieuwe klanten kunnen deze info terugvinden op de bevestigingsbrief.
Voor het produceren van de apparatuur die u hebt aangekocht, werden natuurlijke hulpbronnen aangeboord en benut. Deze apparatuur kan
sto en bevatten die gevaarlijk zijn voor de gezondheid en het milieu. Daarom raden we u aan om ze te verwijderen via een gepast inzamelings- en
recyclagesysteem. Dit systeem zal de meeste materialen waaruit uw opgebruikte apparatuur bestaat op afdoende wijze hergebruiken of recycleren.
Het symbool met de doorkruiste vuilnisbak verzoekt u dergelijke systemen te gebruiken. Als u meer informatie wenst, gelieve contact op te nemen
met uw gemeentelijke of regionale dienst voor afvalverwerking.
