7 Probleemoplossing
Controleer deze lijst voor u contact opneemt met de dienst. Dit kan u tijd en geld
besparen. Deze lijst omvat regelmatig voorkomende klachten die niet het resultaat
zijn van gebrekkig vakmanschap of materiaal. Sommige functies die hier worden
vermeld zijn mogelijk niet van toepassing op uw product.
De koelkast werkt niet.
• De stekker s net volledg ngevoerd. >>> Voer de stekker volledg n het
stopcontact.
• De zekerng verbonden met de aanslutng de het product van stroom voorzet
of de hoofdzekerng s gesprongen. >>> Controleer de zekerngen.
Condensatie op de zijwand van het koelvak (MULTI ZONE, COOL, CONTROL
en FLEXI ZONE).
• De deur werd te vaak geopend >>> Zorg ervoor de deur van het product net te
vaak wordt geopend.
• De omgevng s te vochtg. >>> Installeer het product net n vochtge
omgevngen.
• Etenswaren met vloestoffen worden bewaard n net afgedekte contaners.
>>> Bewaar de etenswaren de vloestof bevatten n afgedekte contaners.
• De deur van het product werd open gelaten. >>> Houd de deur van het product
net te lang open.
• De thermostaat s ngesteld op een te lage temperatuur. >>> Stel de
thermostaat n op de gewenste temperatuur.
De compressor werkt niet.
• In het geval van een plotse stroompanne of als het netsnoer wordt verwjderd
en opneuw ngevoerd, s de gasdruk n het koelproduct van het product net n
evenwcht en dt schakelt de thermsche bevelgng van de compressor n. Het
product start opneuw op na crca 6 mnuten. Als het product na deze perode
net opneuw start, moet u contact opnemen met de denst.
• De ontdoofuncte s actef. >>> Dt s normaal voor een volledg automatsch
ontdooend product. Het ontdooen wordt perodek utgevoerd.
• De stekker van het product zt net n het stopcontact. >>> Zorg ervoor dat de
stekker n het stopcontact zt.
• De temperatuurnstellng s ncorrect. >>> Selecteer de correcte
temperatuurnstellng.
• De stroom s utgeschakeld. >>> Het product bljft normaal werken zodra de
stroom opneuw wordt ngeschakeld.
Het operationele lawaai van de koelkast wordt erger als ze in gebruik is.
• De operatonele prestates van het product kan varëren naargelang de
wsselngen n de omgevngstemperatuur. Dt s normaal en houdt geen defect
n.
