RECEITAS BABYCOOK RICE-COOKER
Quantidades para 1 Baby dose Beaba (150 g)
SÊMOLA BAUNILHADA COM LEITE
Tempo de cozedura: 11 min
INGREDIENTES
- 60 g de sêmola média
- 20 g de açúcar mascavado
- Um pouco de leite meio gordo
- ½ vagem de baunilha
Com o doseador, meça 3 doses de água e deite-as na cuba do Babycook.
• Deite a sêmola e o açúcar na rice-cooker.
• Com o doseador, meça 3 doses de leite meio gordo.
Raspe a meia vagem de baunilha com a ponta de uma faca para recuperar
as sementes. Dilua as sementes de baunilha no leite e deite na mistura de
sêmola com açúcar. Misture suavemente.
• Feche o Babycook e coloque-o a cozer durante 11 minutos.
No fim da cozedura, abra suavemente a tampa do Babycook, tendo o
cuidado de não se queimar, e retire a rice-cooker do doseador.
Deite fora a água do doseador e deite o conteúdo da rice-cooker no
seu interior. Misture durante 2 minutos para eliminar os grumos Deixe
arrefecer.
• Sirva com um biscoito.
Consoante a idade da criança, pode adicionar uma dezena de uvas
passas na sêmola antes da cozedura.
ARROZ CANTONÊS
Tempo de cozedura: 17-18 min
INGREDIENTES
- 60 g de arroz basmati biológico
- Uma dezena de ervilhas congeladas
- ½ fatia de fiambre
- 1 ovo
Com o doseador, ma 3 doses de água e deite-as na cuba do
Babycook.
• Deite o arroz na rice-cooker.
Com o doseador, meça 2 doses de água.
• Deite o arroz na rice-cooker com 1 pitada de sal.
• Adicione as ervilhas.
• Feche o Babycook e deixe cozer durante 17-18 min..
• Entretanto, bata o ovo e faça uma omelete.
Corte a omelete em tiras muito finas.
• Corte o fiambre da mesma forma.
No fim da cozedura, abra suavemente a tampa do Babycook tendo o
cuidado de não se queimar e retire a rice-cooker do doseador.
Deite fora a água do doseador e deite o conteúdo da rice-cooker no
seu interior.
• Misture delicadamente a omelete e o fiambre com o arroz.
• Sirva.
