•Lees en volg de instructies op uit de paragraaf “Gebruiksaanwijzing”.
•Sluit de kookplaat aan op het elektriciteitsnet en controleer of er geen stroomuitval is.
•Maak het oppervlak van de kookplaat na het schoonmaken goed droog.
•Als u er niet in slaagt de kookplaat na gebruik uit te schakelen, de stekker uit het stopcontact trekken.
•Als bij de inschakeling van de kookplaat op het display alfanumerieke codes worden weergegeven, dient u volgens onderstaande tabel te handelen.
Voordat u contact opneemt met de Klantenservice
1.Controleren of het niet mogelijk is het probleem zelf op te lossen aan de hand van punten die beschreven worden in “Het opsporen van storingen”.
2.Schakel de kookplaat uit en weer aan, om te controleren of het probleem verdwenen is.
Als na het uitvoeren van deze controles de storing nog steeds aanwezig is, contact opnemen met de dichtstbijzijnde Klantenservice.
Vermeld altijd:
•een korte beschrijving van de storing;
•het type en het exacte model van de kookplaat;
•het servicenummer (dat is het nummer achter het woord Service op het typeplaatje), dat aan de onderkant van het apparaat zit (op de metalen plaat). Het
servicenummer bevindt zich ook op het garantieboekje;
•uw volledige adres;
•uw telefoonnummer.
Wanneer er een reparatie nodig is, neem dan contact op met een officieel klantenservicepunt (om te garanderen dat er originele reserveonderdelen worden
gebruikt en de reparatie correct wordt uitgevoerd).

De interne temperatuur van de
elektronische onderdelen is te hoog.
Wacht tot de kookplaat is afgekoeld
voordat u hem weer gebruikt.
F42 of F43Het aansluitvoltage is niet goed.De sensor detecteert een verschil tussen
het voltage van het apparaat en het
voltage van de netvoeding.
Koppel de kookplaat los van het
elektriciteitsnet en controleer de
aansluiting.
