PRÉPAREZ UNE PÂTE BRISÉE (250 g
de farine, 150 g de beurre +
2½ cuillers à soupe d'eau) et
garnissez le plat Crisp de pâte.
Piquez la pâte avec une four-
chette. Faites cuire le fond de
tarte. Lorsque le four vous
invite à ajouter la préparation,
mettez 200 g de jambon,
175 g de fromage puis versez
dessus un mélange composé
de 3 œufs et 300 ml de crème.
Mettez au four et continuez la
cuisson.
