To deactivate the cooking zone:
Turn the knob to “0”.
The cooking zone is deactivated, and the residual heat indicator ”H” can
appear on display.
PLEASE NOTE: If the cooktop turns itself o unexpectedly, stops
responding to the controls, or after a power outage, turn all the oven
knobs to “0” in order to restore the cooking functions.
COOKING ZONE ASSOCIATION WITH CONTROLS
Locate the desired cooking zone by referring to the position symbols.
Symbols on the oven control panel indicate which cooking zone is
driven by each knob.
Symbols in the cooktop control panel area indicate which cooking
zone is controlled by which touch keys.
COOKTOP CONTROL PANEL LOCK
It is possible to activate this function only with the cooktop switched o
or after switching the cooktop o and only when all four cooktop control
knobs are on the “0” power level.
To lock the cooktop control panel and prevent its accidental activation,
press and hold the Key lock button for 3 seconds.
A beep and a warning light above the symbol indicate that this function has
been activated.
The control panel cooktop is locked.
If the knobs are turned while the key lock function is active, an acoustic
signal is emitted. Turning the knob in the “0” position will stop the alarm.
To unlock the cooktop controls, press again the key lock button for 3
seconds.
MINUTE MINDER
The function does not shut o the zone.
Use the minute minder to set the time for a maximum of 99 minutes.
To activate the Minute Minder function, press the button with the clock
icon ( ), and set the desired time using the “+”/−” buttons. When the set
time is up, an acoustic signal will sound. To deactivate the minute minder,
press the button with the clock icon for at least 3 seconds.
Shortcut: 60 minutes are quickly set by pressing the “−” button after the
clock icon is pressed.
FAST HEATING FUNCTION BOOSTER
This function allows the maximum power delivery (for instance: bringing
water to boiling very quickly).
To activate the Booster function
rotate the knob (level from 1 to 9) on the oven corresponding to the
chosen cooking zone;
press the button (“P” will appear on display).
After 5 minutes, the booster level is decreased automatically and set back
to the corresponding power level previously selected with the knob.
To optimize cooking time, we suggest setting power with a knob at level 9
before activating the booster function.
FLEXI DUO
The “FLEXI DUO” function allows to combine two cooking zones and use
them at the same power by covering the entire surface with a large pot or
partially with a round/oval pot. To activate the FLEXI DUO function, rotate
the knob on the oven (D) on the “FLEXI” function. The front right display
shows F. Rotate the knob on the oven (C) to set the desired power level
from 1 to 9. The two right displays show the power level selected with
knob (C). To change the power level (from 1 to max. 9), rotate the knob on
the oven (C). The function always remains on and, when using only one
pot, the pot can be moved over the entire area. Ideal for cooking with oval
or rectangular pots or with pan supports. To deactivate the FLEXI DUO
function, rotate the knob on the oven (D) on levels 0 1 2 …9.
IMPORTANT: Place the pots in the center of the cooking zone so that they
cover at least one of the reference points (as shown below).
FUNCTIONS
INDICATORS
RESIDUAL HEAT
If ”H” appears on display, this means that the cooking zone is hot. The
indicator lights up even if the zone has not been activated but has been
heated due to the adjacent zones' use or because a hot pot has been
placed on it.
When the cooking zone has cooled down, the" H" disappears.
POT INCORRECTLY POSITIONED OR MISSING
This symbol appears if the pot is not suitable for induction cooking, is not
positioned correctly, or is not of an appropriate size for the cooking zone
selected. If no pot is detected within 60seconds of making the selection,
the cooking zone switches o.
