• Usethecompressedairtankonlywithin

the pressure and temperature limits

stated on the rating label and on the

technical data in this manual.

• Donotuseoxygenorammablegases

as source of energy. Fill the compressed

air tank only with dry and clean air.

• Checkifallconnectionsandhosesare

mechanically secured and if they are

functioning properly. Loose hoses may

cause severe injuries. Only use safety

couplings.

• Donotoperatethecompressedairtank

in badly ventilated rooms.

• Tamperingandimproperuseofthe

compressed air tank are forbidden.

• Theusersmustcomplywiththelawson

the operation of pressure equipment in

force in the relative countries.

• Ifthecompressedairtankbecomes

damaged, immediately discontinue using

it. Have it repaired by a professional.

• Donotopentheunitanddonotmodifyor

try to repair it yourself. In case of

questions or problems, contact a

professional or turn to our customer

service.

• Onlyuseoriginalreplacementparts.

• Disconnectthecompressedairtankfrom

the compressed air source when not in

use, before cleaning or maintaining the

unit.

USING THE COMPRESSED AIR TANK

Filling with compressed Air

1. The compressed air tank has an air

volume of 15 l. Use a compressed air

generator(5)tollthetank.Usea

suitable air hose (3) to connect the

generator with the air input (2) of the

tank.

2. Powerupthegeneratorandllthe

compressed air tank until the pressure

gauge for the internal tank pressure (9)

indicates a nominal pressure of 8 bar.

Switch off the generator and release the

hose connection between generator and

compressed air tank. The compressed air

tank is ready for use now.

Note: When the max. nominal pressure

of 8 bar is exceeded the overpressure

valve (14) at the rear side of the housing

opens.

Extracting compressed Air

1. Use the quick coupling of the air output

(7) to extract the compressed air. Use a

suitable air hose to connect the air output

with the selected air tool such as air

stapler,airblowoutgun,inatinggun,

etc.
