dessous du guide, est serrée mais peut
être tournée facilement à la main.
• La chaîne doit être tendue chaque fois que
les faces des maillon-guides retombent de
la rainure du guide comme illustré à la
figure 12

• La température de la chaîne augmente
normalement pendant l'utilisation. Les
maillon-guides d’une chaîne chaude
correctement tendue retombent de la
rainure du guide d’environ 1,3 mm (0,050
po) comme illustré à la figure 13.
• Resserrez comme il faut le boulon du
cache guide.
• Remettez la mâchoire inférieure dans la
position fermée en tirant à fond la poignée
avant vers l'avant.
REMARQUE : Une nouvelle chaîne a
toujours tendance à s'allonger, il faut donc
vérier fréquemment sa tension et effectuer
les réglages nécessaires.
REMARQUE :
Une chaîne dont la tension est réglée à chaud
peut devenir trop serrée une fois refroidie.
Vériez sa « tension à froid » juste avant la
prochaine utilisation.

Pour éviter toute blessure grave, arrêtez le
moteur et débranchez l'outil avant de
remplacer le guide ou la chaîne et avant
d'effectuer une opération d'entretien.
