3. Press the palm of your hand on

the magnifying side of the mir-

ror and turn in a clockwise direc-

tion to release the side.

4. A spring will then lightly lift the

mirror so that it can be put to

one side. This side is held to the

mirror by a plastic strap. Do not

pull on it too hard.

5. The light bulb that needs to be

replaced can be recognised by

its darkened colour.

6. Gently press on the light bulb

while turning in a counter-clock-

wise direction to remove it.

7. Insert the new light bulb and

press gently while turning in a

clockwise direction to fasten.

8. Carefully replace the magnify

ing side of the mirror by aligning

both the spring and the xing

screw located behind this side

with the notch located on the

main part of the mirror. Rest the

palm of your hand on the mag-

nifying side of the mirror and

press down gently. Then turn in

a counter-clockwise direction

until the side is locked in place.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

This lighted mirror is designed

for indoor use. It needs very little

maintenance. If cleaning is neces-

sary, unplug the mirror and allow it

to cool completely. Then wipe the

surface of the mirror with a slightly

damp cloth. Do not turn the mirror

on until it is completely dry.

• WARNING: Polyethylene bags

containing this product, or it’s

packaging, can be dangerous. To

avoid the risk of suocation, keep

these bags out of the reach of ba-

bies and children. A polyethylene

bag is not a plaything.

• WARNING: do not use this appli-

ance near a bath or any other re-

ceptacle with water in it.

• If the appliance is used in a bath-

room, unplug it after use. Using

the appliance near a source of

water may be dangerous, even if

the appliance is unplugged. For

greater safety, we recommend

using a residual current device

(RCD) with a tripping current of

not more than 30mA. Ask your

electrician for advice.

• Be sure mirror is not in a position

where it can reect sun-light; re-

ected sunlight can cause a re.

• Do not immerse the appliance in

water or any other liquid.

• Stop using the appliance imme-

diately if the cord is damaged.

The cord must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its after sales ser-

vice or a similarly qualied person

to avoid risk of injury to the user.

• Do not leave the appliance unat-

tended while it is plugged in or

in use.

• Avoid contact with the appli-

ance’s hot surfaces, in particular,

with ears, eyes, face and neck.
