GLOSARIO
Conservación:
Las condiciones de conservación permiten proteger los vinos ya desarrollados y conservar sus cualidades
en el tiempo.
Envejecimiento:
El recinto climático ha sido diseñado para garantizar, en el tiempo, unas condiciones lo más parecidas
posible a las de las bodegas subterráneas para favorecer el desarrollo óptimo de los mejores caldos.
Puesta en temperatura:
La vinoteca ha sido diseñada para disponer siempre y al alcance de la mano de botellas a la justa
temperatura de servicio (Tª de degustación: tintos de guarda: 18-19°C, tintos ligeros: 14-16°C, blancos,
rosados y champanes: 10-12°C, blancos licorosos: 8-10°C)
Sistema de invierno:
Sistema de calefacción que permite instalar la vinoteca en un lugar sin calefacción (pero protegido de las
heladas).
Vinoteca de día:
Véase la parte relativa a la puesta en temperatura.
Bandejas PREMIUM BGN:
De madera maciza (madera tropical resistente al agua) y diseñadas para un almacenamiento optimizado,
ergonómico y seguro de las botellas, con una capacidad para 13 botellas por capa.
Bandejas Collector®:
De madera y con relieves especialmente diseñados para un almacenamiento optimizado, ergonómico, de
fácil acceso y seguro de las botellas. Son reversibles (Cara arriba: Burdeos. Cara abajo: Borgoña, Valle
del Loira, etc.) y pueden albergar 14 botellas de Burdeos o 13 de Borgoña.
Bandejas deslizantes:
Montadas sobre carriles, facilitan el acceso a una o varias capas (según el modelo) de botellas.
Registro de vinoteca:
¡La original! Una innovación de Climadiff que permite la gestión de su colección utilizando una tiza y la
cara interior de la puerta.
Choque térmico:
Un choque térmico para sus botellas sería un cambio brusco de temperatura de 20°C como mínimo y de
forma rápida (menos de dos horas). Los choques térmicos, si se producen de forma repetida, pueden
resultar fatales para el vino.
