A pesar de toda la atención que prestamos a nuestros productos, nunca se puede descartar una avería
completamente. Antes de ponerse en contacto con el servicio postventa de su distribuidor, compruebe:
- que la toma de corriente está en su sitio
- que no se ha producido un corte de electricidad
- la guía de solución de averías.
ELECTRICIDAD
Mi vinoteca no funciona:
1. No hay corriente en la toma de alimentación: compruebe el disyuntor o la toma.
2. La clavija está mal enchufada.
3. Si la vinoteca está en un lugar sin calefacción, consulte el párrafo relativo al kit de invierno.
TEMPERATURA
Mi vinoteca está demasiado fría:
Seleccione una temperatura más elevada.
Mi vinoteca no está suficientemente fría:
Seleccione una temperatura menos elevada.
La temperatura en mi vinoteca varía ligeramente:
1. La temperatura que realmente se debe tener en cuenta es la temperatura del interior de la botella.
Las variaciones instantáneas que puede constatar corresponden a los ciclos de funcionamiento y
parada del compresor.
La temperatura media adecuada que ofrece a sus vinos las mejores condiciones de desarrollo se
obtiene gracias a este principio de variaciones ligeras y repetidas en el aire de la vinoteca.
2. Nuestras vinotecas cuentan con un sistema de aislamiento importante destinado a garantizar a
sus vinos la temperatura más estable posible. Por consiguiente, una variación de 1°C de la
temperatura exterior a la botella se traducirá en una variación de tan solo 0,1°C en el líquido.
3. Si la temperatura constatada en su vinoteca es diferente a la constatada habitualmente y no varía
en un período prolongado (varias horas), póngase en contacto con el servicio postventa de su
distribuidor.
EL COMPRESOR DE MI VINOTECA NO SE PONE EN MARCHA (¿ESTÁ SEGURO? NUESTROS
COMPRESORES NO HACEN RUIDO):
1. ¿La temperatura ambiente del lugar es baja (inferior a la temperatura mínima requerida)?
2. ¿No es demasiado alta la temperatura seleccionada? Seleccione la temperatura mínima posible
(véase el capítulo «ajuste de la temperatura», según el modelo) y compruebe, sin tocar, si el
compresor se pone en marcha.
3. ¿Está operativa la conexión eléctrica? Para comprobarlo, conecte otro aparato eléctrico a la
misma toma.
4. Si, a pesar de estas dos operaciones, el compresor no se pone en marcha, póngase en contacto
con el servicio postventa de su distribuidor.
