Servicio (piezas de repuesto después del periodo de garantía)
Como complemento del periodo de garantía, se ofrece un periodo de servicio. Se
trata del periodo mínimo en el que todavía se ofrecerá un servicio para los
productos Auping que todavía puedan recibir dicho servicio.
A diferencia de la garantía, que se ofrece sin coste alguno según los años de
garantía del producto, el servicio se ofrece según los precios indicados en la lista
de precios de los servicios Auping.
El periodo de servicio para los motores y los elementos electrónicos del somier
Auping Royal es de 5 años. Para los motores, los muelles de gas y los elementos
electrónicos de los somieres de malla K2 o AVS y los somieres de muelle AVS, el
periodo de servicio es de 2 años. Para los colchones se ofrece un periodo de
servicio de 3 años. En el caso de las colchonetas, el periodo de servicio es de 2
años. El periodo de servicio de los marcos de cama (molduras) y los accesorios,
excepto las lacas, es de 2 años.
Otros
Auping se reserva el derecho de adaptación de las condiciones de garantía y
servicio. Las condiciones de garantía y servicio en el momento de la compra
seguirán vigentes independientemente de que se produzcan modificaciones en las
condiciones de los mismos.
