Zusammenbauanleitung
Säge- und Auflagebock
Der Säge- und Auflagebock wird mit wenigen Handgriffen ge-
brauchsfertig montiert.
In Abb. 1 wird der komplette Säge- und Auflagebock dargestellt.
Die Einzelteile sind mit Zahlen bezeichnet. In der Beschreibung
stehen die Benennungen der Einzelteile vor der jeweiligen Zahl.
Begonnen wird mit den Scherengestellen. Zwei Winkelstützen

Abb. 1 und 2 werden mit der gelochten Winkelseite zusam-
mengelegt und mit einer Sechskantschraube M 8 x 16

und
selbstsichernden Sechskantmutter M 8
e
so verschraubt, daß
sich das Scherengestell noch zusammenklappen läßt. Um das
Gestell nur bis zur Arbeitsstellung des Sägebocks aufklappen zu
können, wird unterhalb der erfolgten Verschraubung eine
Sechskantschraube M 6 x 16
f
durch die Langlöcher beider
Winkelstützen gesteckt und beidseitig mit Unterlegscheiben
g
sowie einer selbstsichernden Mutter M 6
h
versehen. Abb. 2.
Diese Verschraubung muß ebenfalls eine Beweglichkeit der
Winkelstützen gewährleisten.
Zum kompletten Gerät gehören drei Scherengestelle, welche
nach vorstehender Beschreibung zu montieren sind. Die Ver-
bindung der Scherengestelle erfolgt durch zwei Verbindungs-
streben

und zwei etwas längere Diagonalstreben

Als Verbindung dienen acht Sechskantschrauben M 6 x 16

für
die Verbindungsstreben sowie zwei Sechskantschrauben
M 6 x 20

für die Stellen, wo die Diagonalstreben über die Ver-
bindungsstreben mit dem Scherengestell verschraubt werden.
Abb. 3 Die Streben werden zuerst mit den äußeren Sche-
rengestellen und danach mit dem mittleren Scherengestell
verschraubt.
Alle zehn Schrauben werden mit den selbstsichernden Muttern
M 6

versehen und nur so fest angezogen, daß die Streben
nicht eingedrückt werden.
Bei Sägearbeiten Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
Nach Gebrauch kann der Sägebock platzsparend zusam-
mengeklappt weggestellt oder an eine Wand gehängt werden.

Sonderausstattung: Auflagesatz (387002)
Um den Sägebock in einen Auflagebock zu erweitern, werden
die Teile der Sonderausstattung benötigt.
An den Oberkanten der äußeren Scherengestelle (aufgeklappt)
wird je ein Auflagewinkel

mit Sechskantschrauben M 8 x 16

und den passenden Flügelmuttern
e
fest verschraubt.
In den Auflagewinkel befinden sich bereits Löcher zum Be-
festigen von Brettern oder Tischplatten.
Assembly instructions
Saw and support trestle
To save space the saw and support trestle can be assembled
quickly by hand after purchase.
Fig. 1 shows the complete saw and support trestle. The compo-
nents are numbered.
Start with the scissor legs. The teeth joists

are laid with the teeth sides together and with a M 8 x 16 bolt
and a nut M 8
they are bolted up, so that the scissor legs can
still open and close.
Open the trestle to the work position, then screw a bigger bolt
M 6 x 16
through the long holes placed on both teeth joists
and use washers
and nuts M 6
. Fig. 2. These bolts must
also give some mobility to the scissor legs.
To complete the apparatus fit the 3 scissor legs as shown in the
drawing.
The assembly of the scissor legs is achieved with two cross bars
and two diagonal bar

All ten bolts have corresponding nuts

The support should first be screwed to the outer two scissor legs.
Then the centre scissor leg can be boltet to your choice of
position i. e. if the centre leg is to be set to the left diagonal bar
, it should be boltet to the cross support and the left scissor
leg.
Wear safety gloves when sawing.
After use, the space sawing trestle can be closed and put away
or hung on wall hooks. Fig. 4.
Special equipment: set of cross section (387002)
In order to extend the use of the trestle the top cross sections are
needed.
Place the cross sections
across the top of the two outside
scissor legs, use M 8 x 16 bolt
and nut
, bolt and tighten.
Cross sections are prepared with holes to bolt table top, boards
or similar.
The free standing trestle can be fitted with a table top or such like
providing great versatility.
