5. Bedien de vastzethendel (19) en trek de stamschuiver
weer op de magneet. Stel uw voet op het toestel en
trek de houtstam zijdelings eraf. Afb. 7

6. Trek de gespleten houtstam uit elkaar tot hij breekt.

Hoe wordt een vastgeklemde stam losgemaakt?
1. Stamschuiver terugrijden en aan de magneet
vergrendelen.
2. Leg een driehoekige houten spie onder de stam, schuif de
stamschuif uit zodat deze de spie onder de vastgeklemde
stam drukt.
3. Wanneer de stam niet loskomt, herhaalt u het proces met
een grotere spie.
Bij het losmaken nooit op de vastgeklemde stam
hameren of de handen aan de stam houden.
Vraag geen tweede persoon om hulp.
Probeer de stam niet vrij te krijgen door er met gereedschap
op te slaan, dit kan leiden tot een breuk van het materials.
Einde van het werk:
¾ Let erop dat de stamschuif is teruggekeerd in zijn
uitgangspositie.
¾ Onderhouds- en verzorgingsinstructies in acht nemen.

Draag veiligheidshandschoenen om letsels aan de
handen te vermijden.
L Neem het onderstaande in acht om de functionaliteit van
de brandhoutsplijter te behouden:
Reinig de machine grondig na het beëindigen van
het werk.
Verwijder harsresten.
Splijtwig scherpen
Na lange bedrijfsduur of bij verminderd splijtvermogen, de
splijtwig scherpen met een fijne vijl (bramen verwijderen).

Vóór ieder transport resp. iedere opslag het toestel met
de transportzekering zekeren en de kunststofbescherming
over het spouwmes steken.
Toestel nooit aan het spouwmes transporteren.
