Weerstand voor het bovenlichaam wordt gegenereerd door de twee weerstand-koorden.
De basis-trainingsbewegingen met uw Action-Stepper worden hieronder en hierboven weer-
gegeven. Tenminste één van deze bewegingen zou u moeten uitvoeren terwijl u aan het step-
pen bent. Hiermee creëert u een complete body workout.
ARM CURLS
Armen afzonderlijk
(Biceps en voorarmen)
Pak de handgrepen en stap
op de pedalen.
Terwijl u met uw benen
stept, brengt u om beurten
uw handen naar boven en
naar beneden zoals
hierboven afgebeeld.

Armen tegelijk
(Biceps en voorarmen)
Pak de handgrepen en stap
op de pedalen.
Terwijl u met uw benen
stept, brengt u uw handen
tegelijkertijd naar boven
en naar beneden zoals
hierboven afgebeeld.
ARM LIFTS
Armen tegelijk
(Biceps en voorarmen)
Pak de handgrepen en stap
op de pedalen.
Terwijl u met uw benen
stept, brengt u uw handen
tegelijkertijd naar boven in
een zijwaartse beweging
zoals hierboven afgebeeld.
