KOOKTABEL VOOR VERSE GROENTE
Gebruik een geschikte glazen pyrex schaal met deksel. Voeg 30 - 45 ml koud water (2 - 3 tl)
toe voor iedere 250 g, tenzij anders aangegeven in de tabel. Kook de groente met het deksel
erop gedurende de minimale tijd (zie tabel). Afhankelijk van uw persoonlijke smaak kunt u de
groente daarna nog verder koken. Een keer roeren tijdens het koken en een keer na afloop.
Voeg zout, kruiden of boter pas na het koken toe. Laat de groente tijdens de standtijd van
3 minuten afgedekt staan.
Tip : Snij verse groente in gelijke stukjes. Hoe kleiner de stukjes, hoe korter de berei-
dingstijd
Let op : Verse groente koken op vol magnetronvermogen (900 W).
