Hetelucht + bovenwarmte
De combinatie van hetelucht en bovenwarmte maakt deze functie ideaal voor het
bereiden van gerechten die een knapperig korstje moeten krijgen. Deze functie
wordt speciaal aanbevolen voor vleesgerechten.
Plaats het rooster in niveau 3 bij het bereiden
van vlees. Plaats een bakplaat op niveau 1 om
het braadvet op te vangen.
* Gebruik ovenservies dat bestand is tegen temperaturen van 40 - 250 °C.

De temperaturen en bereidingstijden in deze tabel zijn richtlijnen.
Wij adviseren om de oven voor te verwarmen bij gebruik van hetelucht + bovenwarmte.
Plaats het vlees op het ovenrooster, zie de tabel voor het niveau. Plaats een bakplaat op
