Tips
Zur Erzielung des besten Ergebnisses erst die
Verpackung von Fleisch und Fisch entfernen.
Verpackungen können den Auftauvorgang
ungünstig beeinflussen. Durch vorhandene
Fisch- oder Fleischfeuchtigkeit kann Dampf-
bildung auftreten. Dadurch wird die Außenseite
des Gerichts ungewollt zum Kochen gebracht.
Wenn die Verpackung schwer zu entfernen ist,
können Sie die zu Beginn des Auftauprogramms
im Anzeigefeld angegebene Auftauzeit des
Gerichts am besten auf ein Viertel der Zeit
senken. Nehmen Sie das Gericht aus dem Gerät
heraus, entfernen Sie die Verpackung und
stellen Sie das Gericht wieder in das Gerät.
Legen Sie das Gericht in eine flache
Auflaufform aus Glas, um eventuell frei
werdende Feuchtigkeit aufzufangen.
Das Gericht muß im Inneren noch leicht
gefroren sein, wenn Sie es aus dem Gerät
nehmen.
Legen Sie Küchenpapier zwischen
Brotscheiben.
Schneiden Sie Brötchen erst auf.

Zum Auftauen von gefrorenen Lebensmitteln
stehen 4 Auftauprogramme (auto defrost) zur
Verfügung. Sie brauchen nur das Gewicht der
aufzutauenden Speise einzustellen.
Beispiel:
Sie möchten 1,4 kg Huhn auftauen.
