Köchelfunktion*
Die Temperatur des Gerichts wird konstant in der Nähe des Kochpunkts
(90 °C - 95 °C) gehalten. Die Köchelstufe funktioniert am besten mit
einem Deckel auf dem Topf. Festere Gerichte müssen alle 15 Minuten
umgerührt werden. Die maximale Köchelzeit beträgt acht Stunden, es
sei denn, es wurde über einen Timer eine kürzere Zeit eingestellt.

umgerührt werden. Die maximale Warmhaltezeit beträgt acht Stunden, es
sei denn, es wurde über einen Timer eine kürzere Zeit eingestellt.
