Werking inductie
Comfortabel en snel
Koken op een inductiekookplaat is comfortabel. De zones heb-
ben een hoog regelbereik en zijn nauwkeurig instelbaar. Op de
laagste stand kunt u chocolade direct in de pan smelten. Het
hoge vermogen zorgt ervoor dat het aan de kook brengen extra
snel gaat.
Veilig en schoon
Bij inductiekoken wordt de warmte direct opgewekt in de pan-
bodem. De glasplaat wordt daarom nooit warmer dan de pan-
bodem. Dit is niet alleen veiliger dan een gas of keramische
kookplaat, maar ook makkelijker schoonmaken omdat voedsel-
resten niet inbranden.
Pannen
Niet iedere pan is geschikt voor inductiekoken. Omdat inductie
koken gebruik maakt van een magnetisch veld om warmte op te
wekken moet de panbodem ijzer bevatten. Gebruik pannen die
geschikt zijn voor inductiekoken, voorzien van het “Class
Induction” keurmerk. (Zie ook blz. 14)
In deze handleiding staat beschreven hoe u de inductiekookplaat
opimaal kunt benutten. Bewaar deze handleiding zorgvuldig.
