daad of anders, zonder beperking, en waar toegestaan
door de wet van toepassing, alle willekeurige
geïmpliceerde condities, garanties of andere voorwaarden
met betrekking tot bevredigende kwaliteit of
doelmatigheid. Deze Beperkte Garantie zal echter
onderstaande niet uitsluiten, noch beperken:
1) enig willekeurig legaal (wettelijk) recht dat je hebt
onder de toepasbare nationale wetgevingen of
2) Ondanks enig willekeurig recht dat je hebt tegen de
verkoper van de AT-B17D telefoon, draagt “AT” geen
enkele aansprakelijkheid voor verlies, schade of corruptie
van gegevens, enige vorm van winstverlies, verlies van
bruikbaarheid van AT-B17D telefoon of functionaliteit,
verlies van business, verlies van contracten, verlies van
opbrengst of verlies van verwachte besparingen,
verhoogde kosten of uitgaven of voor enige vorm van
indirect(e) verlies of schade, gevolgschade of
gevolgverlies of bijzonder(e) verlies of schade.
De aansprakelijkheid van “AT” is beperkt tot de waarde
van de aangeschafte AT-B17D Dual Sim telefoon.
De bovenstaande beperkingen zijn niet van kracht in
geval van grove nalatigheid of opzettelijk wangedrag van
“AT” in geval van overlijden of persoonlijk letsel als
resultaat van “AT”s’ bewezen nalatigheid.
