12. Kachel produceert teveel of te weinig warmte
De pellet kwaliteit en de afvoer methode hebben een belangrijke rol in de warmteafgifte van de
kachel. Op het moment dat de kachel geproduceerd wordt zijn deze factoren nog niet bekend en is
het ondoenlijk om de kachel, af fabriek, met de juiste klant specifieke parameters te leveren.
Wat te doen;
Met de parameters in de software kan de kachel per vermogen stand afgesteld worden (Hfst 10).
Kritische vuur parameters;
De belangrijkste softwareregels om de kachel anders te laten branden zijn;
1. Pellet toevoer per vermogen instelling (stand 1 tot 5) Regel 6-10
2. Hoeveelheid lucht door vuurkorf (Po 1- Po 9) Regel 18- 22
Na een wijziging dient men op de volgende items te letten:
• Is de vlamhoogte naar wens;
• Hoeveel onverbrande pellets liggen er in het korfje;
• Komt er veel (zwarte) rook van de vlam;
• Wordt de brander haard zwart of niet (inclusief raam);
• Hoeveelheid as wordt er geproduceerd wordt.
Opmerking: Stand 1 is gelijk aan de Eco Stand.
Pellets;
Indien de pellets kort zijn (̴ 10 mm) of langzaam wegbranden dan moet de pellet toevoer naar
beneden bijgesteld worden. Laat de kachel, na een wijziging, even branden om goed te kunnen
vaststellen wat de invloed is geweest.
Opmerking: Teveel pellets en te weinig lucht door het vuur veroorzaakt meer as, roet en zwarte
rook.
Lucht aanvoer;
De lucht door het vuurkorfje moet zo afgesteld staan dat de pellets iets bewegen of zweven maar
geen spuwende vulkaan veroorzaken met pellets welke uit het bakje worden geblazen.
Zodra de kachel op een schoorsteen wordt aangesloten waarin veel natuurlijke trek aanwezig is
moet de ventilator naar beneden bijgesteld worden. Dit is nodig om de natuurlijke trek te
compenseren.
