Zelf installeren met Installatiegarantie
In deze handleiding wordt het installeren van Interactieve TV in vier eenvoudige stappen uitge‑
legd. Voor de installatie van je tv‑ontvanger heb je de bevestigingsbrief nodig. In deze brief
vind je de datum waarop je Interactieve TV abonnement actief is. En in de bijlage vind je het
abonnements nummer en de pincode die je nodig hebt voor het activeren.
Lukt de installatie niet, dan helpen we je graag om het op te lossen. Onze Klantenservice is gratis
bereikbaar, 2 uur per dag en 7 dagen in de week. Als het nodig is sturen we een gratis monteur
bij je langs. Wil je weten wat de monteur precies allemaal doet? Kijk dan op kpn.com/monteur.
Retourzending
Indien het bijgevoegde product niet is aangevraagd of je treft ons product niet in de juiste staat
aan, neem dan contact op met onze Klantenservice of kijk op kpn.com/retouren. Stuur nooit je
pakket terug zonder retour instructie van KPN.
Software automatisch vernieuwen
KPN stelt regelmatig via het netwerk nieuwe software beschikbaar, bijvoorbeeld als de menu’s
zijn vernieuwd. Je tv‑ontvanger haalt deze nieuwe software automatisch op uit het netwerk,
hier hoef je niets voor te doen.
