Mounting the ATS7310 into ATS4000 or ATS1000A-SM control
panels
See Figure 1 for ATS4000, and Figure 3 for ATS1000A-SM.
1. Remove the screws (item 1) and lift off the control panel PCB.
2. Place the extension pillars with the plastic rings on top of the
existing pillars (item 3).
3. Place the clips in the square holes (item 4).
4. Mount the ATS7310 using the screws and extension pillars
(item 5).
5. Place the ATS control panel PCB back into its original position.
Mounting the ATS7310 into ATS2000, ATS3000, ATS4500, and
ATS1000A-MM control panels
See Figure 2 for ATS2000, ATS3000, and ATS4500. See Figure 4 for
ATS1000A-MM.
1. Place the clips in the square holes (item 4). Use metal pillars
when available.
2. Mount the ATS7310 using screws.
Connecting the GSM module
WARNING: Disconnect the AC mains plug from the AC mains wall
socket.
1. Remove the battery wires that run from the battery to the
control panel.
2. Add the blue tap connectors to the red and blue (or black)
battery leads.
3. Connect the additional wires, which will be clamped to the
GSM module.
4. Before clamping ensure that the battery leads will reach the
GMS module as well as the battery.
5. Connect the red wire to CON1+ and the battery.
6. Connect the blue (or black) wire to CON1 and the battery.
7. Connect the flat cable (item 2 in Figures 1 to 4) between the
control panel (MI connector) and the ATS7310 (connector
CON2 or COM3).
8. Connect the antenna to the GSM module.
9. Insert the SIM module into the SIM socket (SIM).
10. Apply power to the control panel and to the GSM module.
11. Check the field strength (RSSI LED). When required, move the
antenna in order to get the best signal.

LEDs
In the following LED descriptions, a flash is defined as 250 ms on
and 250 ms off. Groups of flashes are separated by 1 s off.
MI_ST
The MI_ST LED (green) displays the status of the communication
interface to the panel.
