Das Gerät ist mit einem Diagnose-System ausgestattet, dank dessen eventuelle Betriebsstörungen erfasst werden
können. Diese werden auf dem Display durch Meldungen folgenden Typs angezeigt: ER gefolgt von Nummern.
In diesen Fällen ist der Kundendienst anzufordern.
Bevor Sie den Kundendienst anfordern:
Vergewissern Sie sich bitte, ob die Störung nicht eigenhändig behoben werden kann.;
Starten Sie das Programm erneut, um sicher zu sein, dass die Störung beseitigt wurde.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, wenden Sie sich bitte an die autorisierte Kundendienststelle.
Wenden Sie sich auf keinen Fall an nicht autorisierte Techniker.
Geben Sie bitte Folgendes an:
die auf dem Display TEMPERATUR angezeigte Meldung
das Gerätemodell (Mod.)
die Modellnummer (S/N).
Letztere Informationen können dem Typenschild, das sich auf dem Gerät befindet, entnommen werden.
