BREVI CENNI SULLE MACCHINE PER IL PANE
La vostra macchina è un prodotto per risparmiare fatica. Il suo vantaggio principale è che tutte le
operazioni di impasto, lievitazione e cottura avvengono all’interno di uno spazio contenuto. La vostra
macchina per pane sfornerà con facilità e frequenza superbe pagnotte, se seguirete le istruzioni ed
avrete chiari alcuni principi di base. L’apparecchiatura non può pensare al posto vostro.
Non può dirvi che avete dimenticato un ingrediente o che ne avete usato un tipo sbagliato o che lo
avete misurato in modo non corretto. L’accurata selezione degli ingredienti è la fase più importante
del processo di preparazione del pane.
PRIMA DI USARE L’APPARECCHIO
1) Lavare ed asciugare tutti i componenti come descritto nella sezione “PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE”.
2) Mettere la macchina in modalità “Cottura” e farla funzionare a vuoto per circa 10 minuti.
3) Dopo che si sarà raffreddata, pulirla ancora una volta.
Attenzione
Durante il primo ciclo di cottura è possibile che la macchina emetta del fumo o un lieve odore di
bruciato. Questo è da considerarsi normale, e scompare dopo pochi secondi.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
1) Lavare ed asciugare bene tutti i componenti.
2) Montare la pala impastatrice (I) sul perno all’interno della vaschetta (L) (Fig. 3).
3) Misurare gli ingredienti con il misurino (M) o il cucchiaio (N) in dotazione, oppure pesandoli ed
introdurli nella vaschetta (L).
4) Inserire la vaschetta sull’apposito perno all’interno dell’apparecchio, ruotandola in senso orario
per bloccarla (Fig. 4).
Attenzione
È fondamentale seguire la sequenza di inserimento degli ingredienti come descritto nella ricet-
ta. Questa sequenza in generale è: ingredienti liquidi, acqua, farina, uova e altro come previsto
dalla ricetta. Versare il lievito per ultimo in mezzo agli altri ingredienti. Evitare che il lievito venga
a contatto con sale o ingredienti liquidi.
5) Chiudere il coperchio (G) ed inserire la spina nella presa di corrente. Il display (E) visualizzerà
“3:00”,coniduepuntissi.Lamacchinaèimpostataautomaticamentesulprogramma“1”.
6) Premereiltasto(D)noaselezionareilprogrammadicotturadesiderato.
7) Premere il tasto (C) per selezionare il peso desiderato (500g, 750g, 1000g). Il peso non è impo-
stabile nei programmi 8-19.
8) Selezionare la doratura che si vuole ottenere (lieve, media, o intensa). La doratura non è impo-
stabile nei programmi 8-19.
9) Se necessario, impostare con i tasti + o - (B) il timer. La lavorazione inizierà allo scadere del
tempo impostato. Se non viene impostato un tempo, la cottura inizierà immediatamente.
Prestare attenzione quando si usa la funzione timer con ingredienti facilmente deperibili (ad
esempio uova, latticini, etc).
10) Premere il tasto di accensione/spegnimento (O). La macchina emette un bip e la lavorazione de-
gli ingredienti inizia (se è stato impostato un timer, la lavorazione inizierà allo scadere del tempo
impostato).
