5 Uso
Presione la apertura de la tapa, la tapa basculante se abre. Introduzca agua fría en
el hervidor de agua y presione la tapa hacia abajo hasta que encaje.
Advertencia: Hay una escala en la parte exterior. Al rellenar el recipiente, evite so-
brepasar la marca superior. Si introduce demasiada agua en el hervidor, el agua hir-
viendo podría salpicar. A connuación, coloque el hervidor de agua sobre la placa de
base y pulse el interruptor de encendido/apagado hacia abajo. En la parte superior
del asa encontará varios interruptores para escoger la temperatura del agua. Pulse
el interruptor “SET TEMP“ y seleccione la temperatura deseada con el mismo inte-
rruptor “SET TEMP“. El indicador que muestra la temperatura programada parpa-
deará y el hervidor calentará el agua a esa temperatura. Tan pronto como el agua
alcance la temperatura establecida, sonará un pido y el indicador de temperatura
dejará de parpadear. La resistencia se apagará automácamente y así nalizará el
proceso. Entonces podrá levantar el hervidor y verter el agua. En caso de que quisiera
interrumpr el proceso antes de que nalice, puede pulsar en cualquier momento el
interruptor de encendido/apagado.
5.1 Función mantener caliente
La función “KEEP WARM“ se emplea para mantener el agua caliente durante un
período prolongado de empo. Para ello, pulse el interruptor “KEEP WARM“ y el
hervidor de agua acvará la función de mantener el agua caliente. Programe la
temperatura deseada con el interruptor “SET TEMP“. Si selecciona 100°C se man-
tendrá el agua entre 90°C y 100°C para evitar que se evapore demasiada agua. Para
conrmar la función de mantener el agua caliente, pulse nalmente el interrup-
tor de encendido/apagado. Siempre que aparezca encendido el interruptor “KEEP
WARM“ estará acvada esta función.
6 Descalcicado y limpieza
Es recomendable descalcicar el hervidor de agua a intervalos regulares en función
de la intensidad de su uso. Antes de la limpieza, desenchufe siempre el aparato y
espere hasta que se haya enfriado por completo.El ltro de cal se encuentra delan-
