Packungsinhalt: 25 x Easy Store Beutel, Gebrauchsanweisung
Verwendungszweck:
Der Easy Store Muttermilchbeutel ist geeignet für die sichere und
platzsparende Aufbewahrung sowie für das einfache Erwärmen von
Muttermilch.
Wichtige Hinweise:
• Der Muttermilchbeutel darf nur einmal verwendet werden.
• Aufgetaute Muttermilch darf nicht wieder eingefroren werden.
Einfüllen von Muttermilch:
1. Waschen Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch des Beutels gründlich die
Hände mit Wasser und Seife und trocken Sie diese ab.
2. Beschriften Sie die grünen Felder des Beutels mit einem wasser-
festen Stift (Name, Datum und Zeit).
3. Trennen Sie das obere Ende des Beutels entlang der gestrichelten
Linie ab und öffnen Sie den Zipverschluss.
4. Füllen Sie die Muttermilch max. bis zur Markierung 180 ml / 6 fl oz
ein.
5. Pressen Sie die Luft heraus und schliessen Sie den Zipverschluss.
Aufbewahren von Muttermilch:
• Bei Zimmertemperatur: 3 bis 4 Stunden optimal; 6 bis 8 Stunden
unter sehr sauberen Bedingungen bei 16–29 °C (60–85 °F)
• Im Kühlschrank: 72 Stunden optimal; 5 bis 8 Tage unter sehr
sauberen Bedingungen bei ca. 4 °C (39 °F)
• Im Gefrierschrank: 6 Monate optimal; 12 Monate akzeptabel bei
<–17 °C (0 °F)
Erwärmen von Muttermilch:
• Der Beutel ist nicht geeignet für das Auftauen und Erwärmen in der
Mikrowelle.
• Tauen Sie die Muttermilch schonend in einem Wasserbad oder im
Kühlschrank auf.
• Erwärmen Sie den Beutel in einem warmen Wasserbad und
verabreichen Sie die Muttermilch, sobald diese Körpertemperatur
erreicht hat.

BREAST MILK STORAGE BAG
Package contents: 25 x Easy Store bags, Instructions for Use
Purpose:
The Easy Store breast milk storage bag is suitable for safe and compact
storage and for easy heating of breast milk.
Important Information:
• The breast milk storage bag must be used once only.
• Thawed breast milk must not be refrozen.
Filling bag with breast milk:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them
before using the bag.
2. Label the green fields on the bag with a waterproof marking pen
(name, date and time).
3. Cut the top end of the bag along the dotted line and open the zip
closure.
4. Fill with breast milk to the 180 ml / 6 fl oz mark.
5. Press the air out and close the zip closure.
Storage of breast milk:
• At room temperature: 3 to 4 hours is optimal; 6 to 8 hours under
very clean conditions at 16–29 °C (60–85 °F)
• In the refrigerator: 72 hours is optimal; 5 to 8 days under very clean
conditions at approx. 4 °C (39 °F)
• In the freezer: 6 months is optimal; 12 months is acceptable at
<–17 °C (0 °F)
Heating breast milk:
• The bag is not suitable for thawing and heating in a microwave
oven.
• Thaw breast milk gently in a warm water bath or in the refrigerator.
• Heat the bag in a warm water bath and feed the breast milk as soon
it reaches body temperature.

BOLSA PARA LECHE MATERNA
Contenido del envase: 25 bolsas de congelación Easy Store,
instrucciones de uso
Uso previsto:
La bolsa para leche materna Easy Store es apta para almacenar de forma
segura ahorrando espacio y calentar fácilmente la leche materna.
Advertencias importantes:
• La bolsa de leche materna solo se puede utilizar una sola vez.
• No se puede volver a congelar la leche materna descongelada.
Llenado con leche materna:
1. Lávese bien las manos con agua y jabón y séquelas antes del uso
de la bolsa.
2. Rellene los campos verdes de la bolsa con un rotulador resistente al
agua (nombre, fecha y hora).
3. Separe el borde superior de la bolsa a lo largo de la línea de puntos
y abra el cierre zip.
4. Rellénela con la leche materna como máx. hasta la marca
180 ml / 6 fl oz.
5. Presione para extraer el aire y cierre el zip.
Conservación de la leche materna:
• A temperatura ambiente: de 3 a 4 horas óptima; de 6 a 8 horas en
condiciones muy higiénicas a 16–29 °C (60–85 °F)
• En el frigorífico: 72 horas óptima; 5 a 8 días en condiciones muy
higiénicas a aprox. 4 °C (39 °F)
• En el congelador: 6 meses óptima; 12 meses aceptable a

Calentamiento de la leche materna:
• La bolsa no es apta para la descongelación y calentamiento en el
microondas.
• Descongele la leche materna con cuidado al baño María o en el
frigorífico.
• Caliente la bolsa al baño María y administre la leche materna tan
pronto haya alcanzado la temperatura corporal.

Usage prévu :
Le sachet Easy Store permet un stockage en toute sécurité et peu
encombrant ainsi que le réchauffement simple du lait maternel.
Remarques importantes :
• Le sachet pour lait maternel est à usage unique.
• Le lait maternel décongelé ne doit plus être congelé.
Verser le lait maternel dans le sachet :
1. Avant d’utiliser le sachet, lavez-vous soigneusement les mains avec
de l’eau et du savon et séchez-les.
2. Complétez les champs en vert du sachet avec un feutre indélébile
(nom, date et heure).
3. Retirez la partie supérieure du sachet le long de la ligne en pointillés
et ouvrez la fermeture zippée.
4. Versez le lait maternel sans dépasser le repère 180 ml / 6 fl oz.
5. Évacuez l’air et fermez le zip.
Conservation du lait maternel :
• À température ambiante : conservation optimale 3 à 4 heures ;
6 à 8 heures dans d’excellentes conditions d'hygiène à 16–29 °C
(60–85 °F)
• Au réfrigérateur : conservation optimale 72 heures ; 5 à 8 jours dans
d’excellentes conditions d'hygiène à env. 4 °C (39 °F)
• Au congélateur : conservation optimale 6 mois ; acceptable 12 mois
à <–17 °C (0 °F)
Réchauffement du lait maternel :
• Le sachet n’est pas conçu pour la décongélation et le réchauffement
au micro-ondes.
• Décongelez doucement le lait maternel au bain-marie ou au
réfrigérateur.
• Réchauffez le sachet dans un bain-marie chaud et donnez le lait
maternel dès qu’il est à température corporelle.

La sacca per latte materno Easy Store è indicata per conservare il latte
materno in modo sicuro e risparmiando spazio, nonché per il suo facile
riscaldamento.
Importanti avvertenze:
• La sacca per latte materno è monouso.
• Il latte materno scongelato non deve essere ricongelato.
Riempimento con latte materno:
1. Prima di utilizzare la sacca, lavarsi accuratamente le mani con
acqua e sapone e asciugarle.
2. Riportare il nome, la data e l’ora nei campi verdi della sacca
utilizzando una matita resistente all’acqua.
3. Strappare la parte superiore della sacca lungo la linea tratteggiata
e aprire la chiusura a cerniera.
4. Versare il latte materno al massimo fino alla marcatura di
180 ml / 6 fl oz.
5. Fare uscire l’aria premendo sulla sacca, quindi chiudere con la
chiusura cerniera.
Conservazione del latte materno:
• A temperatura ambiente: ottimale da 3 a 4 ore; da 6 a 8 ore
in condizioni di assoluta pulizia alla temperatura compresa
tra 16 e 29 °C (60–85 °F)
• In frigorifero: ottimale 72 ore; da 5 a 8 giorni in condizioni di
assoluta pulizia a 4 °C (39 °F)
• In congelatore: ottimale 6 mesi; accettabile 12 mesi a

Riscaldamento del latte materno:
• La sacca non è idonea allo scongelamento e al riscaldamento nel
forno a microonde.
• Scongelare in modo delicato il latte materno mettendo la sacca in
frigorifero o immergendola nell'acqua.
• Riscaldare la sacca immergendola in acqua calda e utilizzare il latte
materno non appena questo ha raggiunto la temperatura corporea.

MOEDERMELK BEWAARZAKJE
Verpakkingsinhoud: 25x Easy Store zakje, gebruiksaanwijzing
Beoogd gebruik:
Het Easy Store moedermelk bewaarzakje is geschikt voor veilige
en ruimtebesparende opslag en voor eenvoudige opwarming van
moedermelk.
Belangrijke aanwijzingen:
• Het moedermelk bewaarzakje mag slechts eenmaal worden
gebruikt.
• Ontdooide moedermelk mag niet opnieuw worden ingevroren.
Vullen met moedermelk:
1. Vóór gebruik van het bewaarzakje de handen grondig met water
en zeep wassen en afdrogen.
2. Noteer gegevens op de groene velden van het zakje met een
watervaste stift (naam, datum en tijd).
3. Verwijder het bovenste uiteinde van het bewaarzakje langs de
stippellijn en open de ritssluiting.
4. Vul het bewaarzakje niet verder met moedermelk dan de
markering van 180 ml (6 fl oz).
5. Druk de resterende lucht uit het bewaarzakje en sluit de
ritssluiting.
Opslaan van moedermelk:
• Bij kamertemperatuur: 3 tot 4 uur optimaal; 6 tot 8 uur onder
zeer schone omstandigheden bij 16–29 °C (60–85 °F)
• In de koelkast: 72 uur optimaal; 5 tot 8 dagen onder zeer schone
omstandigheden bij ca. 4 °C (39 °F)
• In de vriezer: 6 maanden optimaal; 12 maanden acceptabel bij
< –17 °C (0 °F)
Opwarmen van moedermelk:
• Het bewaarzakje is niet geschikt voor ontdooien en opwarmen
in de magnetron.
• Ontdooi de moedermelk met zorg in een waterbad of in de
koelkast.
• Warm het bewaarzakje op in een warmwaterbad en gebruik de
moedermelk zodra deze op lichaamstemperatuur is.

O saco de leite materno Easy Store é indicado para guardar o leite
materno de forma segura e em pouco espaço, bem como para o seu fácil
aquecimento.
Indicações importantes:
• O saco de leite materno só pode ser usado uma vez.
• Uma vez descongelado, o leite materno não pode voltar a ser
congelado.
Enchimento com leite materno:
1. Antes de usar o saco, lave bem as mãos com água e sabão e
seque-as.
2. Use uma caneta à prova de água para escrever nos campos verdes
do saco (nome, data e hora).
3. Separe a margem superior do saco ao longo da linha tracejada e
abra o fecho zip.
4. Encha com leite materno sem ultrapassar a marcação de
180 ml / 6 fl oz.
5. Aperte o saco para fazer sair o ar e feche o fecho zip.
Guardar o leite materno:
• À temperatura ambiente: 3 a 4 horas, de preferência; 6 a 8 horas
em condições extremamente higiénicas a 16–29 °C (60–85 °F)
• No frigorífico: 72 horas, de preferência; 5 a 8 dias em condições
extremamente higiénicas a cerca de 4 °C (39 °F)
• No congelador: 6 meses, de preferência; 12 meses são aceitáveis a
<–17 °C (0 °F)
Aquecer o leite materno:
• O saco não é indicado para o descongelamento e o aquecimento
no micro-ondas.
• Descongele o leite materno cuidadosamente em banho-maria ou
no frigorífico.
• Aqueça o saco em banho-maria e dê o leite materno assim que este
alcançar a temperatura corporal.
