In geval van technische problemen kunt u contact opnemen met onze service-
hotline. Het telefoonnummer daarvan vindt u op onze website

Bij garantieaanspraken neemt u contact op met uw handelaar. De garantieperi-
ode bedraagt 2 jaar.
Geen telefoongesprek mogelijk
- De telefoonleiding is niet goed aangesloten of is defect. Gebruik enkel de
meegeleverde telefoonaansluitingskabel.
Naast het scherm knippert een rood lampje
U hebt een nieuwe oproep ontvangen. Blader met de pijltoetsen door de
oproeplijst. Zodra u de registratie(s) hebt bekeken, knippert het lampje niet
meer (zie pagina 30).
Bij gebruik van de telefoon zijn er storingen te horen in de hoorn. / Het inter-
net is erg langzaam
- Sluit de telefoon via een ADSL-lter aan op de telefoonaansluiting in de wand
als u uw telefoonkabel ook voor een breedband-internetaansluiting gebruikt.
De belleridentificatie werkt niet
- De belleridentificatie is een service van uw telefoonmaatschappij. Con-
tacteer uw telefoonmaatschappij voor meer informatie.
- De beller heeft de weergave van zijn telefoonnummer uitgeschakeld.
