  • I'm having problems registering my 2 BigTel 1201 handsets. The handset asks me to 'Register Handset'. I press OK to get into the menu then select Settings / Handset Settings / Register Handset. Then I have selected 'Base 2' and click OK. The screen then asks for a PIN number. The manual says 'in delivery state 0000'. I have no other PIN number so I enter 0000. The screen then says 'Registering'. After about 2 minutes the screen says 'Base 1'.?? What am I doing wrong? Submitted on 14-7-2022 at 15:50
