INGRÉDIENTS:
75 g de chocolat noir
75 g de beurre + un peu de beurre
pour graisser les moules
2 œufs
1 gousse de vanille
60 g de sucre
60 g de farine
Hachez le chocolat et faites-le fondre au bain-marie en remuant.
Vous pouvez également faire fondre le chocolat au micro-ondes.
Pour ce faire, verser le chocolat dans un bol adapté au micro-ondes
et le faire fondre en 30 secondes. Remuez le chocolat toutes les 30
secondes.
Pendant ce temps, graissez les moules à soué avec un peu de
beurre.
Coupez le beurre en petits morceaux et mélangez-le au chocolat
fondu.
parez les œufs et battez les blancs en neige. Réservez les blancs
d'œufs.
Grattez la pulpe de la gousse de vanille et ajoutez-la aux jaunes
d'œufs. Ajoutez le sucre et battez le mélange jusqu'à ce qu'il soit
léger.
Tamisez la farine sur la masse de jaunes d'œufs et incorporez la
farine.
Ajoutez ensuite le chocolat fondu au mélange de jaunes d'œufs et
mélangez le tout.
Pour finir, incorporez délicatement les blancs d'œufs à la prépara-
tion au chocolat et aux œufs.
Versez la préparation dans les moules à soué graissés. Laissez
environ 1/3 des moules libres.
Placez les soués dans la friteuse à air chaud à 165°C pendant 12 à
14 minutes.
Servez les soués immédiatement.
Remarque : Pour cette recette, vous avez besoin de deux moules à
soué.
